The Schiff Jury Instructions

Here are the actual "instructions" Judge Kent Dawson gave to Irwin Schiff's jurors in October 2005, and which led directly to the conviction of Irwin, Cindy Neun and Larry Cohen. This is the "smoking gun."

The pages are decorated with Irwin's own handwritten notes and comments, but while the original .pdf file occupied more than 4 megabytes and had many pages upside down, this folder presents the instructions in bite-sized chunks (the right way up) in only 1.6MB.
